From the homonymous island, the marble of Skyros has a long history. Mined for over 2 thousand years, it is a cobblestone solid marble. Scattered veins of hematite, magnetite and manganese are formed on its semi-white background, offering it a metallic appearance and wonderful shades. Suitable for lining columns and arches as well as many other interior constructions.
